    Will is a fantastic PT!

    He's super friendly, easy to get on with, and really knows his stuff. He pushes you gently, helping you to progress each week without being militant or making it unpleasant. He's also really easy to get hold of outside the gym if you have questions about diet or supplements etc.

    I honestly thought I'd have to drag myself each week, but I find myself really looking forward to every session - which I never thought I'd say!

    I'm making progress every week and I'm really motivated to continue.

    If you're looking for a PT, go with Will! Can't recommend him enough. :)

    I’ve been training with Will for over a year now to help me injury proof my running. I used to get injured at least twice a year and it was stopping me progress. I’ve been running injury free ever since and I’ve now hit my best 5k time in over 10 years. I’m extremely grateful to Will and his sessions are always fun. If you want results you need consistency and that’s often tricky to do on your own. Best decision I’ve made in years. You won’t regret giving his sessions a go. Ps his Arnie impression is terrible but just pretend it’s great like I do.

    We picked Will as I have drop foot, he has designed a program to meet all my needs. Will is very friendly and knowledgeable and I am really enjoying my training with him. I would highly recommend him
